Pramod Kanade CEO Aspire Training Academy Solapur. 6) One day workshop on Career as A Chartered Accountant was organized and CA. B J Shastri and CA Mahavir Khandelwal were the key speakers 7) Shri. Rajat Bakshi of Chandigadh and Shri. Bhatiya of Delhi delivered a lecture on of London stock exchange operations though an app on mobile phones. Other Activities: 1) Commenced Certificate Course in Practical Accounting Package in which 170 students were enrolled. 2) Certificate Course in Spoken English was started and 214 have participate. 3) 10 students registered themselves for CA/CS guidance Cell. 4) From this year onwards M.Com. course with additional specialization in Advanced Accountancy has been started. 5) Shri. Mahesh Kolekar was elected by students as leader if YIN Leadership development program of Sakal Group. 6) Department of Accountancy has organized University Grants Commission sponsored Two Days National Conference on Challenges and Prospects of Modern Accounting and Audit Practices in India on 23 rd and 24 th December, delegates had participated and 68 research papers have been published in 2 volumes of journal. 7) Organsied lecture on Placement at Insurance Company of Shri. Gulane M on Career Promotion and Preparation of Campus Interview. 8) Organised guest Lecture of Mahesh Sane of MIT School of Government, Pune carriers in politics. 9) Organised lecture on Banking by Yogesh Rupnaar 10) Organized lecture on Personality Development by Shri. 13 11) An amount of Rs. 2,000/- was sanctioned by Solapur University, Solapur for conducting lectures on stress management and college has organized lecture series on the same topic 12) The Department of Economics has organized Bank Visit Program for the students of B.Com Part II. The students were visited 4 branches. Cultural Youth Festival: As per circular received from Ministry of HRD Government of India to celebrate Azaadi 70 Yad Karo Kurbani from 9 th to 23 rd August, The cultural department organized different events during these periods. 16 th august 2016, an essay competition was organized on the main theme Azaadi students participated from B.Com Part I to III. Shri. Rathod Rohit Raju from B.Com III Division V won third prize in soft photograph at University Level in Youth Festival. The college had participated in state level ABVP organized street play competition at Nashik 23 to 25 September, 2016 and won 2 nd Prize. 13

Rucha Jojare from B.Com Part I Division J had participated in West Zone Interuniversity Youth Festival in the event Folk Dance hosted by Ganpat University, Miasana, Gujrath from 4 th to 10 th January, Dr. Patil Sunil Subhash, Coordinator, Cultural Department was appointed as a Team Manager of Solapur University, Solapur for National Interuniversity Youth Festival hosted by Ganpat University, Miasana, Gujarat from 4 th to 10 th January, The college had participated in Akhil Bhartiya Natya Parishad 2017 state level one act play competition and presented one act play natak held in Solapur from 3 rd to 5 th February Dr. Patil Sunil Subhash, Cultural Coordinator, was appointed as Team Manager at Solapur University, Solapur for National Interuniversity Youth Festival hosted by Shivaji University, Kolhapur from 9 th to 15 th Feb, 2017 NSS: Activities 1) Blood donation camp was organized by NSS Unit of our college in collaboration with Gopibai Damani Blood Bank, Solapur. 33 NSS volunteers donated blood 2) Celebrated Kirloskar International Pollution week by showing Film to 155 NSS volunteers on Environment Protection in the presence of Dr. V. C. Dande, NSS Circle Coordinator, Solapur University, Solapur. 3) Lecture of Dr Yelegaonkar on Independence Struggle organized by Solapur University, Solapur. 95 NSS volunteers attended it. 4) Participated in Tiranga Rally organized by Solapur University, Solapur. 95 NSS volunteers participated in the rally. 5) Inauguration functions of NSS Unit at the hands of Mayor Smt. Sushilatai Abute. 6) In the presence of Dr. Santosh Rajguru (NSS District Coordinator), Shri. V. C. Dande (NSS Circle Coordinator), Shri. Nagesh Valhal, Shri. Chandrakant Anna Ramanshetty, Shri. Avinash Patil, Shri.Avinash Bansode, Dr. K.A. Pandey was the President for the function. 7) 06 NSS Volunteers participated in Poetry reading competition organized by Maharashtra Sahitya Parishad (Yuva Shakha) and Shri. Hrushikesh Kore won 3 rd prize and Shri. Mahesh Kolekar won Consolation Prize. The other participants were Vijay Chavan, Akshay Madnal, Prasanna Ranshrungare and Arbaz Pathan. 14

I) have participated in Elocution Competition on Organ Donation organized by Vaishyapayan Smruti Government Medical College and Shri. Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Sarvopchar Rugnalaya (Civil Hospital), Solapur. 10) Mr. Mahesh Kolekar, Mr. Rushikesh Kore, Mr. Vijay Chavan, Mr. Akash Neel and 11) Mr. Sumit Baddi have participated in the Essay Writing Competition on Organ Donation organized by Vaishyapayan Smruti Government Medical College and Shri. Velankar College of Commerce, Solapur NSS Special Camping Programme Report NSS- Special Camping Programme of the college was held at Kasegaon (Taluka South Solapur, District Solapur) during 25/01/2017 to 31/01/2017. On the first day, cleaning the rooms of the school, the campus, water tank, shifting of benches in the other rooms, etc. were done. The strength for the camp was 75 out of which 72 volunteers were participated in the camp. The Volunteers were divided into five Groups such as Shivaji Group, Vivekanand Group, Ambedkar Group, Phule Group & Gadagebaba Group. The different works were allotted to each group on daily basis. The posters of slogans of next day rally were prepared. The awareness rally was arranged on 26/01/2017 in which important issues like female foeticide, promotion of cashless transitions, Digital India, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Disease Vaccination and National Integration were considered. The flag hosting was done in the school which was attended by all concerned. The inauguration function of the camp was held at noon by the hands of Shri. Netaji Patil Ex-Sarpanch of the village.
