2 About IETE The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) is India's leading recognised professional society devoted to the Technologyadvancementin Electronics, Telecommunication & IT and related areas. Founded in 1953, IETE is a National Apex Professional body of Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Science and IT Professionals. It serves more than 1,25,000 Corporate, Student and ISF members through 64 different centres spread all over India and abroad. The Institution provides leadership in Scientific and Technical areas of direct importance to the national development and economy. Government of India has recognised IETE as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO). IETE conducts and sponsors technical meetings, conferences, symposia, and exhibitions all over India. IETE publishes technical journals and provides continuing education as well as career advancement opportunities to its members. Towards this end, the Institution promotes and conducts basic engineering and continuing technical education programmes for human resource development. Scope of the Conference The IETE ICRTST-2K18aims to bring together Professors, Scientists, Researchers, Research Scholars and Practicing Professionals around the globe to a common platform and have brainstorming sessions on the current trends and latest innovative research being carried out in the areas of Electrical, Electronics, Communication and Computer technologies and inter disciplinary areas. The conference features, invited talks from eminent professor from IITs, NIT s and Prominent Scientists from BARC, TIFR and industries. It also includes Pre-conference tutorials/workshops and peer-reviewed high quality refereed technical presentations. The vision of IETE ICRTST-2K18is to provide common platform for discussion among Professors, Scientists, Researchers, Research Scholars and industry Professionals to explore future research avenues useful to the society and mankind. The proceedings of IETE ICRTST-2K18will be published in IETE Online Journal.

3 Call for Papers IETE ICRTST-2K18invites full length original research articles from academicians, researchers, professionals andresearch scholars from across the world. Full length original research contributions and review articles not exceeding 6pages as per the IETE double column format shall be submitted. The manuscript should contribute original research and development ideas, analysis, findings, results, etc. The manuscript should not have been published/submitted in anyjournal/magazine or conference proceedings and not under review in any of them. Further, the manuscript should containthe name of the corresponding author with id and affiliation of all the authors. The softcopy of the full lengthmanuscript (in.doc or.pdf) shall be submitted tohttps://easychair.org/cfp/ieteicrtst2k18.
