2 Annual Activity Report We have the privilege of bringing out the Annual Activities Report of Indian Accounting Association Thane Chapter. The Report broadly covers different activities, events, projects and programmes initiated and implemented by IAA during the year The Annual Report provides a glimpse of the processes to achieve this objective. IAA Talent Search and 3 rd Anniversary of Sathi College Times:- Sathi College Times is the guidance for education to the youth which definitely helps for the ultimate solution towards success. It s the opportunity for all the helping hands and youth representatives for being a part of the inspirational annual directory. It provides all the latest results related to Education Ministry. It covers the institution news seminar, events, articles, views and suggestions etc. Sathi College Times in Association with Indian Accounting Association Thane Chapter as per its regular annual talent search felicitated various students in the field of sports, yoga, academic, research, cultural, media etc A national or international winners students in various fields from many colleges or schools in Maharashtra were been felicitated, overall 36 students were selected and 29 were felicitated. Where as we were the Co-partner with the Sathi College Times, we were the part of the event organization. EPIOC 2017:- Indian Accounting Association Thane Chapter Jointly organized One Day International Inter Disciplinary Conference on Theme: Equitable and Prosperous India: Opportunities and Challenges - EPIOC 2017 On Thursday 27 nd April, This conference brought together over 250 professionals from more than 7 states and various countries across the globe, to learn from one another and to debate on the theme Equitable and Prosperous India: Opportunities and Challenges. The conference included more than 9 invited speakers and chief guests from various disciplines from all over the country to guide the participants and share their knowledge. It provided the participants a valuable learning experience and it was an excellent opportunity to gather research scholars, PhD students and undergraduate students together, interact and exchange their findings and views during conference sessions. The enthusiastic participants who won the Best paper competition were awarded with memorandum and certificate by the elite speakers and chief guests. The session ended on the note that the organizing committee was highly appreciated by the participants and was felicitated by the honorable chief guest. The researchers left with satisfaction and knowledge that they gained in this conference. Feedback from the conference was very positive participants greatly enjoyed the chance to meet like-minded people from so many countries, the opportunity to network and to learn from one another, and the chance to explore ideas. Annual General Meeting: On 10 th April 2017, Indian Accounting Association Thane Chapter conducted a meeting to discuss on various agenda or matter at DTSS College, Kurar Village, Malad (East), Mumbai. Annual Talent Search:- Like every year, even this time Indian Accounting Association Thane Chapter felicitated various professionals in the field of Teaching, Administration, social services, corporate achievement, sports, yoga, academic, research, cultural, media etc On 27th April, 2017 at Green Technology Auditorium, Mumbai University [Kalina Campus] Santacruz East, Mumbai, Maharashtra

The department is dedicated and committed for imbibing positive attitudes among learners and will continue to strive hard to create opportunities for learners in future too. We, the Indian Accounting Association Thane Chapter family acknowledge with sincere thanks the contribution of all our patrons, all institutions and individuals those have contributed substantially or slightly to the cause for which the institution was established.
