2 About Lepro Lepro Corporation s is 100% black owned and was founded in 1999, with cleaning services as the core business offering. The growth achieved over the years then allowed for us to trade as a multi-disciplined entity. The services on offer are: Cleaning services all our clients in a mini-soft services programme. WHY use Lepro? We have been in the cleaning business for over 10 years and we are a 100% black owned, rated and qualified by Empowerdex to be a level 1 B-BBEE contributor. Our reputation has preceded us over the years and has allowed us to retain the bulk of the clientele that we had at the start of our business. 3 about issues before they reach the critical stage. Our on-site staff is trained to identify risks and inform customers, therefore easing the burden placed on the building manager. Peace of mind The client is relieved of all labour and employee problems, including industrial relations disputes, and the day to day problems common in the cleaning of any premises. Our service charge is inclusive of labour, materials, equipment, supervision and other hidden costs such as uniforms, administrations, wages, relief staff when absenteeism occurs, leave and sick pay, maintenance of machinery and equipment, etc. Our Johannesburg Regional Office employs an industrial Relations manager, who is assisted by competent staff to deal with all aspects of industrial relations matters. Staff training Staff training is performed at our Regional hubs for the elementary aspects of cleaning. We also make use of the comprehensive training methods backed by our suppliers of chemicals & equipment. Our suppliers include Wetrok, Prime cleaning, The cleaning company, and more. This is specifically aimed at the technical aspects of the equipment and the effective use thereof. Further to this, soft skills training is conducted informally on an ongoing basis through the operational area supervisors and managers. Quality management Our staff is trained on the proper cleaning techniques and the general use of materials and chemicals. They are well versed on how to properly identify problem areas and speedily use remedial measures to lengthen the life-span of the facility. This then ensures that an aesthetically pleasing facility space is created. Area supervisors ensure that a high standard is maintained daily through regular spot checks over and above the responsibility assigned to the site supervisor / team leader. Our area managers, carry out regular and independent inspections to ensure that our services standard and the client s satisfaction is at an optimum level. Communication, communication, communication. We believe that in any industry, communication is of the utmost importance. For this reason, a communication book is placed with each client so that any issues or requests can be recorded by our area manager or the client s representative, and action can then be promptly taken by our staff. The top copy of each completed page in this book is submitted to our senior management teams as a further control mechanism against service loop-holes. Regular visits and meetings, both formal and informal also encourage communication. All our operation staff has been equipped with cellular phones and can therefore be contacted in cases of urgent matters that might arise.
