Commitment on price we will ensure the prices we pay are always competitive and offer the best market value for our subcontract partners. Commitment to great payment terms we pay twice monthly for labour only subcontractors and a published payment schedule for domestic subcontractors. Commitment on openness we will give clear pricing packages relevant to your trade, clear advanced schedules of work, advanced notification of new sites and projects before they happen all designed to help you plan your business and thus help Stewart Milne Homes with theirs. Commitment on communication you will be able to confidently approach our site management teams and have direct access to our commercial team so any query, large and small, can be solved without delay. We pride ourselves on designing and building homes that our customers are proud to live in. We have invested significant resources in researching the market to fully understand the aspirations, needs and challenges that face our customers, whether they be first-time buyers, families moving up the market or couples and singles downsizing. We participate in independent surveys so that we can continually improve our service and ensure that our award winning homes meet the needs and aspirations of our customers. 5 Upcoming projects 2015/16 We have a number of projects coming on stream over the next two years. Our housing projects include homes of all types from apartments and affordable housing to luxury family homes. We have projects due to start on site plus a range of sites already in progress; this allows our subcontract partners to plan their future.
