SECOND ANNOUNSMENT Macedonian Section of Midwives I N V I T A T I O N Dear colegues Macedonian Section of Midwives (MCM), which is part of Macedonian Association of nurses and midwives (MANM), is inviting all of you to take participation at our First Symposia which will take a place in the capital of Republic of Macedonia- Skopje from October in Hotel Continental Midwives from the Republic of Macedonia as members of International Confederation of Midwives are participating for accomplishment of Millennium Development goals 4, 5 and 6 With: MOTO POSITION, PERSPECTIVES AND NEED OF MIDWIVES

3 PRACTICAL INFORMATION The Hotel Continental is the largest luxury Hotel in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. Located in the city, 20 minutes drive from the Alexander the Great Airport, in a m2 landscaped garden, adjacent to the Fair Ground, 5 minutes from downtown Skopje. The Hotel Continental has its own private parking and garage where cars are safe. From that time, renovation of this Hotel is the main priority of this management, making of the Hotel Continental a luxurious and attractive Western European one. Alsow for the collegues which are interested visit to the City of Ohrid the pearl of Macedonia is aviable for individual`s or group`s. HOW TO GET IN THE CITY CENTER FROM SKOPJE AIRPORT ALEXANDER THE GRAIT Located 17 km (11 mi) southeast of the national capital, Skopje. From the Airport the bus is still not available but there is always taxi service which can cost you no more than euro s in one way.
