4 2014 MULTI-REGIONAL INDIAN AND NATIVE AMERICAN EMPLOYMENT GRANTEE TRAINING THE BROWN HOTEL, LOUISVILLE, KY 11/03-07/ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION The Brown Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the Louisville Airport. Upon arrival, call the Brown Hotel at 502/ to schedule a pick-up. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the airport, traffic permitting. Departing shuttles can be scheduled at the Brown Hotel's front desk. PARKING The Brown Hotel has an indoor garage adjacent to the hotel. Parking has been discounted to $12 per day for overnight guests and $20 for valet parking. MEDICAL PROVISIONS For those who suffer with allergies or for those who have medical issues (for example, the need to keep medicine refrigerated), please contact the Brown Hotel in advance to allow for all proper facility provisions. ELECTION DAY The first day of our training is November 4th, national election day. Please make the proper provisions to ensure your vote is counted in your district. Note that some local municipal services in Louisville may be closed or run on different schedules that day.
