2 Hybrid Yoga Program Overview The purpoe of the hybrid yoga certification i to upport a convenient method for tudent to tudy and puruit yoga certification by combining online tudy with face-toface mentoring/coaching to meet Yoga Alliance requirement for contact hour. The mentor hould be an E-RYT intructor at 200 or 500 hour. They will need to ubmit the a formal application to KCFitneLink a a contractor to be conidered a part of the adjunct taff that will work with you. The mentor and tudent will chedule at their convenience one-on-one mentoring and coaching eion to review the curriculum highlight below. The tudent i reponible for any financial arrangement with the mentor and undertand their tuition for the program doe not include mentoring cot. Mentoring & Coaching Hour The tudent will meet, dicu and review required reading material topic from coure textbook, coure manual and project/homework aignment, video, audio file and related article in the following area, in addition to the normal hour for the 200/300 hour program: Subject Face to Face Hour Student will attend clae of mentor for peronal practice that tranlate to 40 teaching practice. Meet afterward to dicu teaching methodology, equencing, theme, etc. Sytem anatomy, functional anatomy, pranic ytem 20 Sequencing, communication, teaching methodology 25 Aana, meditation and pranayama break-down: review of alignment, benefit, 100 contraindication, modification Yoga Philoophy: Yoga pychology, model of pain and uffering, meditation, 30 yoga diet Student teaching. Mentor to attend and provide feedback of tudent clae 10 in yoga, pranayama and or meditation Application Procedure: 1. Application Received: Application are proceed typically in 5-10 buine day, up to 14 day in certain time. b.
