12 VIII. Budget VIII.A. Budget intruction Pleae note that each Partner will be funded by hi own national/regional funding organiation. Pleae make ure to comply with the funding organiation rule (e.g. ubcontract, overhead, incluion of VAT). The compliance with national/regional eligibility rule i mandatory. National/regional funding organiation rule are advertied on the Belmont Forum and BiodivERA webite, together with the lit of the Funding organiation Contact Point (FCP), which hould be contacted for further help on national/regional eligibility. The funded project are conidered to form part of an international reearch programme for which activitie will be organied, namely a kick-off meeting, an interim project conference and a final meeting. The coordinator of funded project hould participate in thee joint activitie. The cot for attendance to the kick-off meeting, the interim project conference and final meeting mut be included in the budget of the full propoal. Given the intercontinental collaboration expected under thi Call, it i recommended that propoal reerve a total of approximately 5,000 euro for the attendance to thee three meeting. Partner from countrie ineligible for direct funding under thi call: - Can be aociated in the project, a NON-FUNDED PARTNERS, if they can bring a ecured budget from a different ource of funding (pecify below in the firt budget table); (= Self-financed Partner A, B) - May be ubcontracted by other Partner in ome cae.
