Adventure Plus Pte Ltd (TA02149) and Siam Express Pte Ltd (TA00424) are strategic partners in design and facilitation of customised Overseas Experiential Learning Programmes for Singapore Schools Facilitate between overseas programmes annually for >3,000 Singapore students Coordinators clock >1,000 field hours annually, managing programmes flow, safety and the delivery of key learning objectives Instructors are all Singaporeans selected under stringent criteria and undergo an intensive training programme to ensure competency in Safety Management and be Role Models to Students

28 Contact Information Safety Information During Office Hours (0800hrs 1800hrs) Kuo Chuan Presbyerian High School General Office : After Office Hours (1800hrs 2300hrs) Rainforest Adventure Centre : After After Office Hours (2300hrs 0800hrs) Norman Fam (Overall Programme Coordinator) : The nearest operational hospital and 24hrs clinic are 15 minutes away from the Adventure Centre and all activity Locations Level III Paramedic from Hope Ambulance will be based on site to provide medical support and treatment of cuts, bruises and common illnesses Coordinators for off site activities are certified Wilderness Medical First Responders (OBS) or Advance First Aiders First aid kits are available at all times during activities with zero accident record

29 Insurance & Transport Information Insurance Coverage All participants, Teachers and Staff will be covered by a customised comprehensive Group Travel insurance policy by ACE Insurance Ltd for S$100,000 for the entire duration of our programme including: -Unlimited Evacuation and Repatriation costs -Customised coverage inclusion for Rafting, Rock Climbing, Abseiling, Flying Fox and Mountaineering (Waterfall Trek) -Post Journey Medical Expenses Transport Participants will travel in 40 seats air-conditioned tour coaches to and from Singapore without the need for transfers at Immigration Checkpoints

30 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Q: How much Money should I give to my child for the camp? A: About SGD $20.00 and RM 0.00 / RM Q: Where will my child s passports and valuables be kept? A: There is a safe room in the Centre that is protected by motion detectors, an alarm system and with access limited to Centre Manager, Owner and Overall Programme Coordinator only Q: How do I know if my child is safe and sound? Can I get him/her to call me everyday? A: No news is good news! The programme is packed and it will be disruptive if your child uses his/her mobile phones during the course of activites. If your child is unwell, trust us that we will inform you and seek your approval for medication to be issued by the Paramedic Q: Where will drinking water come from? A: All water for drinking and cooking comes from portable taps (much like Singapore), but they go through a filtration system before usage Q: Are there warm showers for my child? How long do they have to shower? A: There are no warm showers for participants (or they will take forever to shower) and there will be about 2 hours allocated daily for shower times

31 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Q: Will my child have enough food? Should I let him/her bring some snacks? A: The centre will provide 4 Halal meals a day other than no Breakfast on the first day (Please remind your child to have Breakfast before reporting to school) and no lunch on the last day (late breakfast will be served). We do not recommend snacks to be brought by students as Insects and Monkeys love snacks as much as we do Q: What happens in event of rain? Will activities be stopped? A: Activities will continue in event of slight rain (very common) and activities will stop completely in event of lightning risk (very rare) where your child will be moved indoors. Participants will be taught lightning risk protection in event of rain setting in during the course of the expedition. Programme Coordinators will provide advice on whether activities should go on to Teacher in Charge on recommendations to stop or continue with activities based on our experience Q: What time will the students arrive in school on the 17 th of Jan (Friday)? A: The coaches should arrive in Kuo Chuan Presbyterian High School between 1300hrs 1400hrs, based on our experience of traffic and customs condition on Friday.
