2 Concept Bite Copenhagen is an international food exhibition with Danish and international quality products. 100 exhibitors get the opportunity to present their latest products for essential industry professionals and quality-conscious consumers. Our visitors are actors with capacity and resources to invest in Danish and International quality products. They are on the look out for innovation, new food experiences and the latest food trends. Additionally, we invite a smaller segment of knowledagble people and opinionators. People with a great interest in newsworthy gastronomy, quality, innovation and sustainability.

5 Partnerships THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND FOOD Behind Bite Copenhagen is BC Hospitality Group in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment and Food of Denmark. The goal is to create a showcase for food of the highest international standard in Denmark. The exhibition is held in conjunction with the International Food Summit World Food Summit - Better Food for More People, where international decision makers, NGOs, trade associations, coorporations and opinion leaders are assembled at Christiansborg in Copenhagen. The purpose of the Food Summit is to inspire eachother and commit to solutions that are associated with better food, meals, information, food safety and food waste. COPENHAGEN COOKING & FOOD FESTIVAL During the summit and exhibition, international visitors and locals will be part of Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival A festival that offers more than 100 small and large food events in the course of 10 days with more than visitors.

8 The stands FOCUS ON DETAILS In the development of Bite Copehagen, there has been put a lot of effort in honing the details of the physical framework. This includes a new basic stand structure made of wooden elements, which emphasize the aesthetics in the brand and products on display. The stands are made with respect for the principles of sustainability and responsible use of ressources. The new basic structure offers an innovative use of adjustable shelves and lighting. With the adjustable shelves and lighting, our exhibitors are able to quickly and easily change the interior and presentation of their stand, so that the products achieve the optimal exposure to the many visitors.
