1 Agriturismo La Ca Solare and Arianna & Friends Tour Operator Present THE FIRST COOKING SCHOOL IN THE VALDERA REGION MyTuscanKitchen.com, the first cooking school in the Valdera area is launching its weekly calendar for small groups. The program commences on Wednesday 17 th April 2013 During this first cooking class you will prepare a typical Tuscan menu together with our experienced local chef and a helpful English speaking assistant. The cooking venue is at a very authentic farm house located on a hill 4 km from Peccioli where you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views. Adults and children, foodies and fans of Tuscany in general are welcome to participate. The local chef will teach you how to prepare the most traditional recipes of Tuscany and Italy, using just fresh and genuine ingredients. The assistant will tell about the country life style of Tuscany and its history. At the end of the amazing hands-on and educational experience, everyone will sit at the table, toast with some good local wine and enjoy the dishes prepared and the company. This is not only cooking it is an authentic Tuscan experience. Let s meat!

2 GENERAL INFO ABOUT THE CLASSES OF MyTuscanKitchen.com WHEN? The cooking classes of MyTuscanKitchen.com take place on Wednesday afternoons, Thursday mornings and Friday mornings focusing on different topics starting from Wednesday 17 th April Please, see all details in our calendar. WHERE? Our cooking classes take place at our Cooking School in the Valdera Area, among Pisa, San Gimignano and Volterra. The cooking school is in a charming farmhouse just 4 kms from the medieval village of Peccioli. WHAT? Each class implies the preparation of your dinner or lunch including several courses according to the program (see below for further details). During your meal fitting local red or white wines will be served as well. WHO? Each class of MyTuscanKitchen.com is held by an experienced cook, a typical Tuscan "mamma" who got her training in her mum's kitchen in turn. Along with the chef is a friendly and helpful assistant, speaking English and Italian and ready to answer any question of yours. All lessons can be held in German, French, Spanish or Russian too. The number of participants in each class varies from 2 to 14 people. HOW? You meet all the other participants and wear your apron and hat before having an initial toast. Then we start cooking and you follow the instructions of the cook and the assistant. The atmosphere is informal and friendly and the class aims at showing the local country lifestyle around the table.
