WHAT S NEXT? Whitney Applied Technology Center Commons, Room 201 This workshop will walk you through the steps to enroll as well as provide insight that will help you make educational and career decisions for your future. GETTING READY: A FAMILY S GUIDE FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES Whitney Applied Technology Center, Room 122 The college search process can seem overwhelming. What if your son or daughter has a disability? What should you be looking for when you go on the college visit? How do services change between high school and college? This workshop will answer these questions as well as break down the process to make it manageable. CAMPUS TOUR: 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., Sign-up and depart from the Gordon Student Center Welcome Desk Get a feel for our campus and state-of-the-art facilities. All tours are led by OCC student ambassadors who can answer your questions and share their OCC experiences. Tours are approximately 45 minutes in length. RESIDENCE HALL TOURS: 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., Residence Hall Building C and Shapero Hall The Residence Hall tour is optional and self-guided. Visit Residence Hall Building C and Shapero Hall (see campus map on pages 4-5) and learn more about living on campus. Shuttle services are available. LAZER LOUNGE 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., Gordon Student Center, lower level Visit our student recreation center on campus and see how you can relax in between classes by playing pool, hanging out with friends, watching TV, and even playing video games! SHUTTLE SERVICE: Hop on OCC s shuttle service, the Lazer Line, during tour times. The free shuttle runs continuously on a regular loop with pick up and drop off points at the SRC Arena and Residence Halls C and Shapero Hall. (See campus map) Want to know where the Lazer Line shuttle is on campus? Download the app, Ride Systems and choose Onondaga as your transit agency. You can view the Lazer Line in real-time and when it will be picking you up at your location. 7

It can be used as cash during operating hours at any dining outlet on any meal plan day. You can also spend as much as you wish at any time during the day. Additionally, students who use their student ID card to make purchases in campus vending machines will not be charged New York State sales tax. A nominal processing fee for use of the student ID card is already included in the vending price; no additional charges will be added for this convenience. What if I do not use all my Flex? Any amount not used by the end of Spring term will be forfeited.
