When any new agreements are ratified, that information will be passed on so our graduates can take advantage of these agreements. Leadership Institute: We at the Academy are excited to be conducting the tenth Leadership Institute. The Leadership Institute for 2014 will once again be hosted at Christopher Newport University. The program is divided into two sessions. The first session starts Monday, May 22, 2014 and runs through May 25th. The students will return for the second session August 4th and graduate on Thursday August 7th, We continually try to improve the program, this year a leadership forum will be included in the curriculum for the first time. If you have any questions about this year s Leadership Institute or about the program in general, contact Scott Barlow at (757) or sbarlow@hampton.gov New Staff Instructor: HRCJTA has a new staff instructor from Portsmouth Police Department, Percy Tassin.
