1 Agenda for the Cantonment Board Meeting to be held on 29/08/2017 at A.M. in the Office of the Cantonment Board Dehuroad Proposed Registration of Hospitals under Bombay Nursing Home Registration Act. To consider the registration of various hospitals within Cantonment Board area with Cantonment Board as per Bombay Nursing Home Registration Act, 1949 & also decide the registration fees. All relevant documents are placed on the table. 2. Fixing of Operative and Anesthetists charges on PPP basis to the Honorary Surgeons and Anesthetists. The Board has appointed certain specialist Doctor such as Honorary Surgeons and Anesthetists etc. who will be carrying out major / minor operations in operation theater of Cantonment General hospital on PPP basis. As per previous Norms 60% amount is paid to the concerned Doctor and 40% payment is received by the Cantonment Board. All relevant documents are placed on the table. 3. Payment of Advertisement bill under DAVP Rates. Walk-in interview was conducted on 13/07/2017 for which advertisement was given in local newspapers under DAVP rates for recruitment of various staff for UPHC, Chincholi. To consider making payment of advertisement charges as per DAVP rates of Rs. 64,182/- to M/s. Blaze Media Services, Pune. Page 1 of 10

2 All relevant documents are placed on the table. 4. Providing free Ambulance Facilities for delivery patients & waiving of delivery charges under JSSK Scheme. As per Government guidelines under JSSK scheme we have to provide free ambulance services and free maternity services to delivery patients. All relevant documents are placed on the table. 5. Appointment of NUHM Staff. Advertisement was given in the local newspaper on 05/07/2017 for walk- in interview for the selection of staff for the various posts for UPHC, Chincholi, Dehuroad. To consider interview/selection proceedings dated 13/07/2017. Also to approve action taken by the administration for continuation of NUHM staff as follows for the further period of 1 year on contractual basis. Reference:- Tender Notice dated 11/07/2017 To consider the E-Tenders on above subject matter.the Tenders were invited by giving the wide publicity in Newspaper dated 12/07/2017 for the work of Supply of 56 Security Guards for Provision of Round the Clock Security to Cantt. Fund School Buildings and Properties (2 nd call). In response to the above 07 Tenderers have submitted their E- tenders and the Technical Bid of the same was opened on 29/07/2017.During the scrutiny of the above 07 Tenders only 05 Tenders were found Technically qualified. Hence the Financial Bid of the above 05 qualified Tenders was opened as on 31/07/2017. In this connection comparative statement and the legal opinion are placed on the table. 7. Tender for Providing 10 Nos. Ghanta Gadi on Three Wheeler Tempo for Collection of Garbage from House to House in Cantonment Area (3 rd Call). Reference: - Tender Notice dated 11/07/2017 The Tenders were invited by giving the wide publicity in Newspaper dated 12/07/2017 for the work of Providing 10 Nos. Ghanta Gadi on Three Wheeler Tempo for Collection of Garbage from House to House in Cantonment Area (3 rd Call). In response to the above 02 Tenderers have submitted their E- tenders and the Technical Bid of the same was opened on 29/07/2017.During the scrutiny of the above 02 Tenders and both 02 tenders were found Technically qualified. Before opening of the financial Bid of above tenders the matter was forwarded vide letter bearing No 40/PHS/Ghanta Gadi/17 dated 08/08/2017 to Cantonment legal Advisor for obtaining the advice regarding opening of the financial bid. Further One of the above Tenderer has given the letter to this office regarding the Previous unsatisfactory performance of the another Tenderer at Sangamner and ShriramPur Nagar Parishad Hence the above matter also sent to the Legal Advisor for obtaining the Advice. In this connection comparative statement and the legal opinion are placed on the table. The same is placed on the Table 8. Disposal of Cantonment Board Vehicles and Purchase of New Vehicles on Replacement. Reference: - CBR No 07 dated 17/07/2017 Vide the above ref CBR Board resolved to replace the following vehicles by obtaining the BER certificate from the respective Authorized Dealers and by obtaining the quotations as per D.G.S. & D /Special Govt Rates for the new vehicles. 5 Hence this office has approached vide this office letter bearing No 40/TRANSPORT/BER/2017 Dated 20/07/2017 to M/s Pandit Automotive Pvt. Ltd. Tathwade to Inspect our following Vehicles to check whether our following vehicles are Beyond the Economical repairs or otherwise. The details of the Vehicles are as under. 1. MH 14 AE 8107 (TATA SUMO) 2. MH (VACUUM EMPTIER) 3. MTF 8368 (GARBAGE COMPACTOR) 4. MTF 8369 (WATER TANKER) 5. MH 14 AZ 9826 (VACUUM EMPTIER) 6. MH 14 AZ 9931 (GARBAGE TIPPER) Accordingly M/s Pandit Automotive Pvt. Ltd vide their letter dated 19/08/2017 has given their letter stating that our above vehicles are unsafe for driving and the spare parts availability is very less or on the higher side. Further this office vide letter bearing No 40/TRANSPORT/VEH/2017 dated 08/08/2017 approached M/s TATA MOTORS Ltd for obtaining the quotations of new Chassis and New D.G.S.&D rates/special Govt rates. The TATA MOTORS vide their quotations dated 10/08/2017 has given their offers for the Purchase of following Chassis as well as Vehicles at GEM/Special Govt. Rates as follows; TATA WINGER AMBULANCE 01 No As per GEM rate. TATA XENON Crew Cab BS IV 01 No Rs 6,74, (GEM) TATA LPT 909 EX-2-38 Cab Chassis 01 No Rs.10,79,691.75(GEM) TATA LPT 1109 H EX-2-42 Cab Chassis 02 No Rs.30,36, (SGR) TATA LPT 1109 H EX-2-36 Cab Chassis 02 No Rs.29,56,620.67(SGR) Board to consider the Report of M/s. Pandit Automotive Ltd., regarding BER and further Disposal of the old Vehicles and also to consider the new purchase of New Chassis as well as New Vehicles at above rates. 9. Supply of 02 Nos. of Operators and 02 Nos. of helpers for Operation and Maintenance of 5 KLD and 2 KLD capacity ETP for two years at slaughter house of large animals at Shitala Nagar, Dehuroad and Operation and Maintenance of 2 KLD ETP for two years at Mutton Market, Main Bazar, Dehuroad. Reference: Tender notice dated 29/04/2017, 11/05/2017 and 11/07/2017 (3 rd Call) for Supply of 02 Nos. of Operators and 02 Nos. of helpers for Operation and Maintenance of 5 KLD and 2 KLD capacity ETP for two years at slaughter house of large animals at Shitala Nagar, Dehuroad and Operation and Maintenance of 2 KLD ETP for two years at Mutton Market, Main Bazar, Dehuroad as per the norms of Maharashtra Pollution Control Board. 6 To consider the matter of tenders for subject work, the office report along with comparative statement is placed on the table for information of the Board and further instruction in the subject matter. 10. Environment Monitoring, MSW Testing, Leachate Testing, ETP Outlet Testing etc. for control of air, water pollution within Dehuroad Cantonment area and at trenching ground / ETP etc. Reference: Quotations dated 04/07/2017 and 11/07/2017 received to this Office for the subject work. As per the instructions and directions received from the MPCB Authorities, Mumbai and Pune Office, it is necessary to carry out the work of Environment Monitoring, MSW Testing, Leachate Testing, ETP Outlet Testing etc. for control of air, water pollution within Dehuroad Cantonment area and at trenching ground / ETP etc. Accordingly this office invited Quotations from the Pvt. capable agencies expert and experienced in the field of subject matter and accordingly 03 quotations from pvt. Firms are received to this Office, their details are as under: No Name of the Firms M/s. Enversys, 3, Ashish Plaza Anandvan Society, Thergaon, Pune-33. M/s. Pragmatic Bio & Enviro, Sch. No. 2/1, Sector No. 25, Bhel Chowk, Nigdi, Pune-44. M/s. Progressive Associates, 16, C Wing, World of mother, Behind Jai Ganesh Vision, Akurdi, Pune Amount in Rs. Total Rs. 97,800/- only. Total Rs. 90,500/- only. Total Rs. 98,200/- only. 11. Tender Notice On 20/07/2017 tenders were invited by this office for the second call of civil works 20 numbers, after obtaining statics report of 20 numbers, 10 number weres found to be eligible for opening of Technical Bid, i.e. applications where there were 03 or more than 03 bids. Accordingly this office persued with the opening of those 10 eligible Technical Bids, after opening of Technical Bids following observation were made. To Vacate Shops of Vegetable Market, Main Bazar, Dehuroad. Reference: CBR No. 07 dated With reference to Office Note of the Engg. Section dated , the Revenue Section, in consultation with our Legal Advisor, vide letter No. 30/Veg_Mkt/Vacate/ dated issued notice to all the occupiers of Vegetable Market, Main Bazar, Dehuroad to vacate the Shop and remove the articles in the Shop within 15 days of the receipt of the notice. However as on date no one occupier has vacated their Shop and handed over the keys to the Revenue Section. Now Board to consider levy of monthly building licence fee from the said Occupiers from August, 2017 onwards, as the notice to vacate the Shop is already been given. In this connection Office Note of the Engg. Section as above along with copy of notices issued to the Occupiers of Vegetable Market, Main Bazar, Dehuroad is placed on table. 13. Public Auction. Open public auction for the following shops were held in the office of the Cantonment Board Dehuroad on dt. 20/07/2017. The details of highest bidder are as under. The Board its vide resolution FCR No. 02 dated 22/03/2013 confirmed vide CBR No. 02 dated 28/03/2013 resolved Hoarding/Advertisement fees at the rate of Rs. 02/- per day per sq. ft. on public places. Meanwhile this office obtained the rates of neighboring municipalities rates from Pune and Khadki Cantt. applying Rs. 120/- sq. ft. per annum per Advt.Board.
