In the event the multiyear contract is cancelled, ir taff will submit the required reprogramming actions for ongressional approval to ensure the actual cancellation cost is fully funded. urrent iscal ear 2009 supports a 183 aircraft procurement profile. (ote: 183 total includes 6 roduction epresentative est ehicle () II aircraft, 175 production aircraft, and 2 previously procured aircraft funded in &. rocurement funding is budgeted in 10 and 11 to complete the procurement of equipment for operational locations (i.e. equipment, support, etc.) and other necessary expenses to deliver the aircraft. he flyaway cost listed above includes cost from both aircraft procurement appropriation and inline modernization funding. It does not include costs associated with ther seful oads or unitions. roduction odernization funding is included in the ost ine in 06 and prior. his funding is broken out separately on the -5, Weapons ystem ost nalysis (next page). hese funds are not counted against the -22 roduction ap. -22 roduction odernization provided for capability upgrades and associated support efforts which were not included in the baseline production program for ot 6 and prior.
