WI provides arine orces with special intelligence that significantly enhances the detail and quality of intelligence support that intelligence organizations provide to operating forces in both tactical and garrison environments. his intelligence support provides 24-hour /I intelligence processing, imagery production/manipulation, /I data dissemination between o components, and multimedia communications to include oint Intelligence irtual rchitecture (I) and et-eeting oint-to-oint video teleconferencing which are required for collaboration with various theater and national intelligence organizations. q K I (I) - I is a manpackable digital imagery collection/transmission system. his system is comprised of three sets of outstation equipment and one set of base station equipment. he outstation suites each consist of one (1) advanced digital still-photo camera, one basic digital stillphoto camera, one (1) night vision intensifier tube, one (1) rugged handheld computer with data controller hardware/software, and a set of fixed and telephoto lenses. he base station suite is comprised of a rugged laptop computer and a printer for hardcopy prints of collected images.
