Schools Division Superintendents RO and SDOs Functional Division Chiefs All Regional Office Staff and Employees 1. To maximize the utilization of the newly established R-NEAP XII dormitory in enhancing the professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff of the region, there shall be the R-NEAP XII DORMITORY TURN-OVER CEREMONY cum MEETING OF PASS SOCCSKSARGEN MEMBERS on July 11, 2018 R- NEAP XII Compound, Quirino Avenue, General Santos City. 2. The objectives of the event are the following: 2.a turn-over the R-NEAP XII dormitory to the department; 2.b showcase the modern and state-of-art facilities of the training center; 2.c promote the R-NEAP XII facilities to other government and non-government agencies; 2.d discuss with the PASS the issues and concerns affecting the K to 12 education implementation. 3. Invited from the schools divisions are the Schools Division Superintendents, Asst. Schools Division Superintendents, functional division chiefs while all chiefs, Regional Education Program Supervisors and all employees from the regional office are also directed to attend. 2 4. Attendees are advised to be in smart casual attire during the ceremony. Attached are Enclosure 1: Indicative Schedule of Activities, and Enclosure 2: Working Committees for reference. 5. Food, venue, and other related expenses of the event shall be borne by Regional Office MOOE, while transportation and per diem of the participants from the divisions shall be charged against local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and procedures. 6.
