As always, we look forward to the opportunity for sorors to come together to participate in workshops geared toward the signature program initiatives related to Global Leadership Through Timeless Service, as outlined by our Supreme Basileus, Soror Carolyn House Stewart. Under the leadership of Soror Constance R. Pizarro, North Atlantic Regional Director, Rho Epsilon Omega chapter will host this year s conference on at the, One Burlington Mall Road,. Through a variety of presentations and breakout sessions, we will be provided an opportunity to enhance our knowledge of sorority operations and review sorority protocol and procedures to ensure that our sisterhood and our region remain strong. Online registration is encouraged and will be available on the North Atlantic Region website until Friday, September 27, You may also complete a paper registration form and submit along with a chapter check, certified check or money order, which must be postmarked by Friday, September 27, There is an additional processing fee of $10.00 for all paper registrations. Please note that personal checks will not be accepted and there is no on-site registration for this conference. Any registration postmarked after Friday, September 27, 2013 must also include the late registration fee of $25. 3 Paper Forms Online General Registration Information Sorors have two registration methods for the Cluster Conference: Complete and mail in the necessary forms included in this packet, by the deadline provided. NOTE: There is an additional processing fee of $10.00 for each paper registration. Go to and click on Cluster Conferences 2013 to be directed to the online registration system. NOTE: You must have an account to use this method. We encourage chapters to assist sorors who are unfamiliar with the World Wide Web, but would like to experience the ease of registering online. Registration will close on Friday, September 27, Registration materials postmarked after Friday, September 27, 2013 will NOT be processed. There will be NO On-Site Registration. Only financial Sorors may participate in conference activities. Neither financial nor non-financial Sorors may be guests of financial Sorors at the conference. To insure that you will receive an confirmation, please provide your address on the registration form or enter on the online system. Please retain the confirmation and bring it with you along with your CURRENT financial card to the conference check-in. The registration fee includes two meals. Sorors are asked to bring their individual name tag holder to the conference There are several payment options available to register for the Cluster Conference Credit Card This payment option is only available to sorors who register via the online registration system. Chapter Check All Individual registration forms need to be included with the chapter check when mailed. For chapter sorors who would like to use the online registration system, they must select check as the method of payment when registering, AND a copy of their online confirmation must be included with the chapter check when mailed. A $35.00 fee will be assessed for a Returned Chapter Check. Money Order, or These forms of payment may be used if sorors would like to register online OR mail in the Certified/Cashier s paper form. For sorors registering online, you must select check as the method of Check. payment, AND a copy of their online confirmation must be included with the payment when mailed. PERSONAL CHECKS will NOT be accepted. Please note that chapters and individual sorors who register online and choose to mail in their payment MUST still adhere to the postmarked deadline date. Payment must be postmarked by Friday, September 27, If payment is not postmarked by Friday, September 27, 2013, the online registration will be deleted from the system. Refund request must be made in writing to the Registration Chairman, and postmarked no later than Friday, September 27, Refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the conference. 4 Hotel Reservation Information In order to accommodate Sorors who wish to have lodging at the in Burlington, MA on Friday, October 4, 2013 please call the hotel at (781) or (800) When making reservations, you may refer to the group Alpha Kappa Alpha rate. A block of rooms is being held, until September 13, 2013, at the rate of $ per night plus tax. As conference registration will begin promptly at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 5 th, we encourage the overnight stay for Sorors who will travel a distance. Please be reminded, the conference is scheduled to conclude by 5:00 p.m. The agenda is quite comprehensive and we wish to execute the planned activities in a smooth, accommodating manner. Therefore, your timeliness is essential. Rho Epsilon Omega will work extremely hard to make sure that your visit to the is an enjoyable one.
