1 MEMORANDUM TO SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENTS H 9 FROM SUBJECT IMPLEMENTATION OF DEPED COMPUTERIZATTON PROGRAM (DCP) FOR BATCHES 35, 36, 40, 41 AND 44 E- CLASSROOM FOR PUBLIC ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS. DATE JULY 11, The Department of Education through Information and Communications Technology Services (ICTSJ has facilitated the procurement of equipment needed for the implementation of DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) for batches 35, 36, 40, 41 and 44 e-classroom for public elementary and secondary schools. 2. For effective and efficient deployment of these e-classroom packages, the Division Information Technology Officers shall perform the following functions: a. validate the readiness of the schools and compliance to the counterpart requirements using the enclosed School Readiness Checklist Form; b. assist the schools in preparing for the delivery of e-classroom c. supervise and coordinate the delivery of e-classroom equipment to target recipients; d. submit reports on the implementation of the DCP and the e-classroom equipment. 3. The School Heads of recipient schools are advised to prepare their counterpart requirements immediately. The Regional and Schools Division Offices, through the Division!T Officers/!CT Coordinators, shaj! accomplish

2 and submit School Readiness Checklist Form on or before the 16th of August 2017 for all the recipient schools prior to the deployment the e- packages. The IT Officers/ICT Coordinators will also be. notified of the delivery schedule. 4.
