1 DRILL-TEAM DYNAMICS INC. 238 Hahlo St. Houston, TX DRILL TEAM TRAINING: Armed Drill Unarmed Drill Color Guard Drill INSTRUCTION IN: Regulation Drill Exhibition Drill Unit Inspection Color Guard Competition Preparation Leadership and Teamwork WEBSITE: FOLLOW US: AFJROTC Instructors, Drill-Team Dynamics Inc. is the premier provider of customized, on-site drill team training services founded by current and former JROTC Instructors, classroom teachers, and professionally employed drill team coaches. AFMAN states that drill consists of certain movements by which the flight or squadron is moved in an orderly manner from one formation to another or from one place to another. But at the JROTC level, drill does so much more. It builds confidence and self-esteem; it instills discipline and esprit de corps; and most importantly, it teaches the value and virtue of hard work. These are lessons developed on the drill floor but which extend far beyond it and develop young men and women into citizens of character. We founded our organization to give back to a community which has enriched the lives of thousands of cadets worldwide through the unique leadership vehicle that is competitive drill. It is our sole desire to transfer the knowledge, skills, and insight we ve gained through our collective years of experience as coaches and mentors. We ve been asked repeatedly, Why would you share your knowledge if it might lead to another school overtaking your own? The answer is simple: Competitive drill is healthier when any number of talented, motivated groups are in top form and in true contention at any given competition. It forces our staff to continue to work hard and innovate to stay ahead of the power curve and ultimately, more cadets benefit from the lessons learned through their involvement on the drill team. We are prepared to bring our considerable collective experiences to bear in support of your unit. Our staff has raised championship programs from the ground up, revitalized and sustained perennial powerhouse programs, and taught drill to cadets of all service affiliations, experience levels, and socioeconomic backgrounds. We are prepared to assist you. Very respectfully, Christopher Borghese, 1stSgt, USMC (Ret) Executive Director, Drill-Team Dynamics Inc.

3 DRILL-TEAM DYNAMICS INC. 238 Hahlo St. Houston, TX DRILL TEAM TRAINING: Armed Drill Unarmed Drill Color Guard Drill INSTRUCTION IN: Regulation Drill Exhibition Drill Unit Inspection Color Guard Competition Preparation Leadership and Teamwork WEBSITE: FOLLOW US: WHEN Our on-site training can be delivered year-round to suit your school and/ or district schedule, your contract timeframe, and the needs of your cadets. Typically, a training workshop: Consists of 3 days of high-impact, intense instruction Lasts 6 total training hours each day to include a working lunch Has limited down-time and no horse-play time Covers all facets of competitive drill Utilizes 2-3 Drill-Team Dynamics Inc. Coaches Obviously, your workshop s schedule, timeframes, and curriculum are adjustable to fit your needs. We are 100% flexible in organizing and executing training for maximum benefit to your cadets! WHERE Our training is delivered on-site at your facilities. We only ask that adequate access to restroom facilities and hydration as well as adequate safe drill areas are provided for the duration of training! WHY Your cadets will experience the hard work, intense practice, and constant physical engagement pursued by top-tier teams across the country. Your training experience is genuine: our model is based on best-practices implemented at strong programs nationwide. Our instruction is accurate, engaging, and always professional. This is an educational experience for your unit; NOT a mini-boot camp! HOW Planning & scheduling a drill team training workshop is easy by following these simple steps: Contact Us via or by phone at (815) Discuss the unique needs of your unit as well as any logistical factors & scheduling Receive a quote for training services rendered based on the needs discussed Approve the quote for training services (we will provide a W9 and complete any vendor/contractor paperwork required) Everyone is most concerned about pricing of a training workshop. We operate on the active-duty per diem schedule of $41 per day per trainer for meals, $0.56 per mile driven (or total cost of airfare), and total cost of lodging. Some units prefer to book airfare/lodging and others request we simply invoice them for these associated costs. We can handle this a variety of ways to best suit your needs! Instructional costs depend on the number of trainers required to safely and successfully complete the mission as well as the total number of training hours.
