In case, Reporting Officer is not available/fails to write ACR due to VRS/ Superannuation/ Resignation/ Death.etcandonemonthgraceperiod isalsooverasthecasemaybe,theacr willbewrittenbythe ReviewingOfficer. 3. Thosewhoareondeputation,theirACRswillbereported/reviewed/countersigned,asthecasemaybe,as per the procedure laiddownby thegovt/ lending Deptt in the ACR formatsprescribedbythe lending / borrowingdepartment. 4. The ACRsof Steno/Sr. StaffCarDriver/Staff CarDriver will be writtenbytheofficersto whom they are attachedorbyadmn.sectionofpersonneldivision. Page5

Thosewhoareondeputation,theirACRswillbereported/reviewed/countersigned,asthecasemaybe,as per the procedure laid downby thegovt/ lending Deptt in the ACR formats prescribed by the lending / borrowingdepartment. 4. In case, Reporting Officer is not available/fails to write ACR due to VRS/ Superannuation/ Resignation/ Death.etcandonemonthgraceperiod isalsooverasthecasemaybe,theacr willbewrittenbythe ReviewingOfficer. 5. ForIACELL ACRsinrespectofGroup B officersthosewhoareworkinginiacell,regionaloffice,willbereported bythenexthigherofficerbutnotbelowtherankofsr.assistantorabove.incase,nogroup A officeris posted iniacellofregionaloffice,theacrswillbe reportedbyheadofiadofco& reviewed/countersignedby Director/MDasthecasemaybe. 7. ForIACELL ACRsinrespectofGroup C officialspostediniacellinregionaloffice,willbewrittenbytheofficer underwhomtheyareworkingbutnotbelowtherankofgroup B officersandthereview/countersignwillbedone bythenexthigherofficerandregional. ACRsinrespectofGroup D (ClassIV)employeeswillbewrittenbytheOfficerstowhomtheyareattached butnotbelowtherankofgroup B officials. 5. Thosewhoareondeputation,theirACRswillbereported/reviewed/countersigned,asthecasemaybe,as per the procedure laid downby thegovt/ lending Deptt in the ACR formats prescribed by the lending / borrowingdepartment. 6.
