5 MFSS II - ACQUISITION APPROACH North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code , Facilities Support Services Small business size $38.5 million Anticipate five (5) year contract ordering period (two year base period and three one-year option periods). Anticipated capacity $150 million 5

7 MFSS II OVERVIEW The MFSS acquisition is led by the Medical Project Support Services (PSS) Team. The PSS Team is part of the OMEE/PSS Branch within the Medical Division at Huntsville Center. The team utilizes a combination of A-E and services contracts to provide medical support services to the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. The program currently supports contiguous United States and specific overseas requirements for the U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), Air Force Medical Support Agency, U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, and the Defense Health Agency. The key to our success is the ability to quickly respond to customer needs by having contracting tools available, with medically astute contractors. Our IDIQ contractors are specifically selected based on their qualifications and experience in medical facility support services. 7

8 MFSS II OVERVIEW The MFSS contract provides various medical facility support services, such as: General Project Coordination and Management Support Services Facility Assessments Facility Planning Services Project Development Services Site Analysis Services Commissioning Occupancy Support Services Supplemental Services This is the second generation of this contract mechanism. The existing MFSS MATOC I includes the following firms: ARGO, NIKA, Clarke, Polukai, HFS, and TEAM Integrated Engineering Inc. 8
