3 -3-2. The items may be added in the List of General Store Items (Expendable of Part I of Appendix C (Page 27 ) after Sl No. 47. Reconstituted Appendix C Part-I & Appendix C Part-II enclosed. 3. These items will be treated as consumable items and will not be issued before specified minimum life unless it is inescapable and justified. A register in this regard will be maintained by CAO/SM-II to keep a record of such items issued. 4. I am also directed to convey the sanction of the President to delete the items from the Inventory of users & Main Ledger of General Store of CAO/SM-II office on the basis of a Certificate. Certificate will be issued by a Board of Officers to be constituted in the user s offices. 5.
