O R D E R Board vide order read above has accorded sanction conduct Induction Level Training Programme the Civil Assistant Engineers recruited during The Induction Level Training programme (ILTP) comprised of 15 days class room training along with 36 days field level training. The field training includes two weeks each of training in, DPR Preparation Design and site. It was specifically mentioned in their appointment order that both of the trainings were mandary. Completion of Induction Level Training is one of the pre requisites for successful completion of their probation period. Accordingly, twenty two Assistant Engineers (Civil) had undergone 15 days Induction Level Training programme at PETARC Moolamatm and not yet completed their field training. Their probation could not be declared for want of successful completion of the Induction Level Training. In the light of the above, the Chief Engineer (HRM) has represented the matter before the Direcr (Generation Civil HRM) regarding the conduct of the field level training programme. Based on the above, it is hereby ordered impart two weeks field training (as scheduled in Annexure I) in connection with the Induction Level Training Programme the Assistant Engineers (Civil) in the areas other than those they have been working so far. The trainees shall attend the training as per the schedule. The training is obligary and it is a pre-requisite for declaration of probation. No kind of leave other than medical leave shall be sanctioned during the training period.

2 Pay and allowances of the trainees during field training shall be disbursed from their parent ARU, based on the attendance statement issued from the field controlling officers. The trainees are eligible for T A DA as per the rules.
