A SMP meeting was held on 06 December 2017 at MCAS Camp Pendleton Munn s Tavern. List of those in attendance is provided on the sign in sheet (attachment 1). 2. Michael Woodbury- 23/24 Area MCX Manager- Floor opened for any MCX Issue With one-time purchase of MCX coffee mug you will receive $0.50 cent fee for each additional refill in this mug at MCX Jan 8 th - Annual physical inventory coming up, MCX will close at 1800 If there are any fuel issues/problems, please contact acting manager, Michael Woodbury 4. Danielle West- SMP Coordinator- Quality of Life Old Issues: Air Conditioning in the 24 Area. Aviation Units have mandatory day-sleepers, due to night shifts. Quality of Life New Issues: None to be reported Starting Jan 2018 barracks managers will be coming to SMP meetings Community Involvement: a.dec Beautification Project for 23/24 Area every 3 rd Wednesday of the month, 2-3 volunteers per squadron required to attend. b.more opportunities briefed in attachment 3 Recreation- Briefed as in attachment 3 6. Mr. Davis Stocks Deputy Logistics officer Currently consolidating 24 Area - 2 barracks buildings will be demolished, trying to push date beyond deployments

2 We need to ensure there is tracking of non-military members in use of 24 area spaces. Please understand that guests are held to the same expectations as our Marines and how they are presenting them on base (as well as the sponsors are responsible for their conduct/actions) Keys writers for Barracks have been received; key production now available All air conditioners must be removed. These are not authorized, but we are requesting an exception to policy, due to day sleepers. 7. Jennifer Mullane- 23 Fitness Center Manager TECOM Athletic Trainers about to begin they will be placing 1-3 Athletic Trainers at the 23 area gym starting in the new year Also may be getting an ice machine soon 8. Jessica Swenson 22/24 Recreation Center Manager Shared upcoming opportunities in 22 and 24 Area and open the floor for suggestions see Attachment 3 for a list of those events Christmas Day hours will be Stop by for a Christmas stocking (while supplies last) Dec Pacific Views Exchange Meet Geoff Fisher founder and CEO of Fisher Boards.
