SgtMaj MCAS CamPen Please be sure to sign-in on the attendance roster for inspection purposes Still currently missing appointment letters from: HMLA 169. Please turn these into Danielle West. Administrative items: Senior Leaders - next Wednesday PME Guest speaker Sergeant Major Kasal of 1 MEF Alternate Speaker Sergeant Major Siaw of 3rd MAW. Topic will be Senior Enlisted roles; there will be free food and it is hosted by Staff NCO & NCO club by the air station. RSVP need numbers for food. A reminder on barracks was sent out and Barracks Managers are in SMP meetings. They are the respective liaisons, please utilize them as a tool so we can enhance the quality of life for the Marines in our barracks. SMP Reps you are the voice for the Marines. 3. Mr.David Stocks- 23/24 Area Assist Logistics Officer- MALS-169 just returned welcome back During Weekly field day inspections when Staff NCO s inspect rooms, be sure to look behind doors for Maximo work order number or service tickets in every Marine s room. If there is a problem with that room, please report it. If that report is not on the door, then it does not exist. With the work order number and service ticket we can push this information down so that everyone is tracking. Field Days there are Marines living in and around the barracks. If these Marines were able to assist in pulling weeds in front of BEQ doors/flower beds that would be helpful. There are currently only 3 Marines and the Brigg that are having to do this and they cannot do this alone. Assistance is needed from BEQ Managers and Marines living in area. Deployment & Re-Deployment In 24 Area, Marines are leaving/deploying and furniture and unwanted items are starting to show up and accumulate. This is unsightly. Please dispose of unwanted items properly. If you need any data concerning your population, rank to ratio, etc. contact Mr.David Stocks directly. BEQ Managers forward this info onto Marines during Field Days. 4.
