5 No. 09 January 2018 Page 5 Activities CyberneticsCOM 2017 The 2017 International Conference on Cybernetics and Computational Intelligence (CyberneticsCOM 2017) with IEEE International Conference number = ) in conference website at The CyberneticsCOM Conference was held at The Kee Resort and Spa, 152/1 Thaveewong Rd., Patong Beach,Kathu Phuket Thailand.The 2017 CyberneticsCOM is sponsored by IEEE Indonesia section and organized by The Indonesia Section Computer Society Chapter, Doctor of Computer Science-Bina Nusantara University and Prince of Songkla University, Thailand. 1 author from Thailand, 1 author from Spain. All the papers are the representation of research collaboration between students and professor, collaboration between multi departments or schools and indeed including multi countries collaboration. The Conference was running on 20 Nov by registration at the entrance of the KEE resort and Spa and end with welcome dinner which was remarkable moment where the audiences can join together and know each other before the conference day. On 21 Nov 2017, the conference was opened by welcoming speech by general chair Harco Leslie Hendric Spits Warnars, Ph.D, welcoming speech from Doctor of Computer Science department Bina Nusantara unversity by Prof. Dr. Edi Abdurachman. Dr. Suryadiputra Liawatimena from The Indonesia Section Computer Society Chapter, Indonesia gave his welcoming speech and end with welcoming speech from Prince Songkla University, The 2017 CyberneticsCOM is flagship conference of IEEE Indonesia Computer Society Chapter. There are 33 accepted papers which were written by combination 136 authors from many countries where 95 authors from Indonesia, 14 authors from Iran, 12 authors from Korea, 10 authors from Japan, 3 authors from Saudi Arabia and one of them I recognized as King Saud PhD student from Yemen, Thailand by Prof. Kiyota Hashimoto. The conference was started with 1 st Keynote Speaker by Prof. Virach Sornlertlamvanich (SIIT, Thammasat University, Thailand). with titleapproaching the Future Mobility in Thailand.After First morning break the conference was continued with 2 nd Keynote Speaker by Prof. Kiyota Hashimoto With title: Yet Another deep Learning Strategy.

6 No. 09 January 2018 Page 6 Before lunch, the conference was splitted into 2 parallel sessions where 8 papers were presented in 2 different parallel sessions andafter lunch, the next 16 papers were presented in 2 different parallel sessions and lastly, 9 papers were presented in last parallel sessions. The conference was closed with Gala Dinner at the roof top of the KEE resort and Spa including closing ceremony and speech from General Chair, representation of Doctor of Computer Science department Bina Nusantara unversity, The Indonesia Section Computer Society Chapter and from Prince Songkla University, Thailand. Also,there are 3 best paper were announced based on similarity score and reviews score and the 1 st paper title : Implementation of Haar Cascade Classifier for Motorcycle Detection, by Dinah K. Ulfaand- Dwi H. Widyantoro. The 2nd paper title is A Framework for Supporting the Recall of the Scenes in Complicated Documenting Processes Using Screenshots, by Masahiro Seino, Ryo Onuma, Hiroki Nakayama, Youzou Miyadera, Shoichi Nakamura and the third paper title is Automatic Translation from Pseudocode to Source Code: A Conceptual-Metamodel Approach, by Teduh Dirgahayu, Sheila Nurul Huda, Zainudin Zukhri, Chanifah Indah Ratnasari. Editor Corner We are waiting for the participation of Chapters and Student Branch in Indonesia to share the information of completed and ongoing activities and the participation of Chapters in Indonesia to share the regarding technical articles.
