3 OUR PURPOSE MISSION STATEMENT MANA de San Diego s mission is to empower Latinas through education, leadership development, community service and advocacy. As the largest of 19 chapters nationwide, the focus of our local nonprofit organization is to serve and empower our members and to support Latinas of all ages in the greater San Diego community. OUR VALUES We are a sisterhood of Latinas bound together by culture that works to empower our members and others in the community through networking, skill building, access to education, advocacy, personal and professional support.

15 LATINA SUCCESS CONFERENCE OCTOBER 2018 Bi-annual and bilingual conference is an allday event, designed to impart proven and practical strategies to Latinas, in support of their professional and personal goals. Key strands include: leadership development, career and business growth; personal and business finance management; health and wellness concepts, advocacy, and community support.

First MANA de San Diego team with over 20 participants for the Alzheimer s Walk on September 23 rd, raised $500
