3 Chairman Message Maward Almuswqoon Healthcare have grown significantly since 1998, and this success is about our commitment to provide our client with various high quality medical equipment from different international manufacturers, in addition to our follow to the highest levels of transportation, storage, distribution, shipping etc By doing this continuously, we still maintaining the satisfaction of the healthcare institutions especially in Iraq. Likewise, what we delivered is unexpected and unpredictable by the MOH of Iraq. We are working on being more than just a distributor of medical goods to different institutions, nevertheless we are planning to be an official partner for the MOH of Iraq to ensue the best healthcare system in the region. Our scope of work is not just a commercial one, it was our pleasure to assist the I.M.C and U.N.D.P. and being a partner with these organizations in helping displaced people, widows and orphans, in addition to different workshops for unemployed persons. In the scope of being partners with the I.M.C., we performed different projects in delivering clean water for the rural areas in Salah Uddin and Anbar. Finally, I would like to mention that Maward ALmuswqoon will continue its commitment in delivering the best healthcare service and put our hands with the MOH to develop the current healthcare system. 8 General Training Throughout our leading experience and the contracts our company has made with the Ministry of Health of Iraq(MOH), we perform several workshops for the employees of the MOH, for example: Germany / Jungheinrich Netherland / F.E.I. USA / Perkin Elmer USA / Peak Implements France / Bio-Rad The aim of these workshop is to assist the MOH in providing the best healthcare and maintaining and developing the infrastructure, that experienced negligence and destruction during the 12-year embargo and the huge changes after During the last 13 years the MOH has cooperated with several international companies to develop the healthcare infrastructure in Iraq, Maward Almuswqoon Healthcare contributed in performing several training sessions and workshops to upgrade the level of healthcare provided to the community to meet the international and WHO standards. 04

10 Training Workshops Warehouse Management System and Forklift Operation: In 2014, we supplied the MOH of Iraq/Kimadia with 148 electric forklifts with different sizes and capacities from Jungheinrich. In addition to applying new developed system (Warehouse Management System) for managing the storage of different healthcare products in the warehouses of Kimadia located all over the country. For this purpose, we made a 30-day workshop in Jungheinrich factory in Germany for engineers, pharmacists and other employees with a certificate of training on warehouse administration and warehouse management system operation. 06

11 Laboratory devices operation: During 2011 and 2012, we supplied the Medical City of Baghdad/Central Teaching Lab with different laboratory devices from F.E.I/Netherland and Bio-Rad/France. For this purpose, we made one workshop in each factory for the lab staff for operating these devices, in addition to training sessions inside Iraq. 07

126 International Exhibitions Participation During our experience and through our ongoing relationship with manufacturing companies, in the last 16 years we participated in several annual exhibitions (ARAB HEALTH, MEDLAB, MEDICA,..etc) and other congresses that deals with healthcare issues in Germany, Switzerland, UAE, and Turkey. Throughout these participation, we had several business meetings and agreements with international manufacturers to provide almost all the MOH needs inside Iraq along with mutual trust and strong connections with several manufacturers all over the world, that helped Maward Almuswqoon to finish all contracts in time with the highest quality and standards. 122
