Theme: Coordinating with the Lampung Selatan Health District Purpose: To discuss the implementation of midwife working peformance, the role of midwife in the village to perform public health nursing especially for maternal and child, comprehensive health checkup for children, life skill : danger sign of children and working as a team in providing health service Period of time : March 4 & 5, 2015 How many times : 1 times Target population : Health Programmer & Midwife Coordinator, Health Promotor Total number of participants : 24 health worker + 24 health promotor = 48 people

7 3. Do you have any question or do you need additional advice regarding to the training in Okinawa? Yes No

8 If your answer is Yes, please describe detail. There is change of goverment policy in our country which is we are not allowed to hold a meeting in the hotel so we have to make revision in our budget to adjust with the new regulation. However it take time to revise budget so that until april or may I can t held any meeting or training as we planned before. Therefore the implementation of some action plan is postponed until all process are finished except if we are invited by district health office to their meeting. That is why not all plan of action are fully implemented but the process is on going. 4. If you have new activity plans, please describe detail. (If you have related document please attach.) I plan to write an article in the local newspaper regarding School health teacher in Japan on May 2015 at the time of Education Day in Indonesia.
