4 5 th BSH Heart Failure Nurse Study Day 2015 Information This training day has been designed to educate and interest heart failure nurses and will be of interest to nurses early in their role and those with more experience. The day aims to provide evidence based knowledge from leading UK specialists in heart failure management and in-depth discussion around particularly challenging and controversial management issues facing nurses caring for patients with heart failure. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Date/Venue The meeting will take place on Friday 6 March 2015 at the Queen Mary University of London, Charterhouse Square, London, EC1M 6BQ, UK (Telephone: , website: html). The registration, catering and exhibition will take place in The Shield and the meeting in the Derek Willoughby Lecture Theatre. The Shield is in a separate building about 30 metres from the entrance of the building in which the lecture theatre is located. Please go to The Shield on arrival for registration. Registration BSH members are entitled to a subsidised registration fee. The registration fee for all options includes scientific meeting attendance and catering as indicated on the programme. Accreditation This programme has been accredited by the Royal College of Nursing Centre for Professional Accreditation until 26 January Accreditation applies only to the educational content of the programme and does not apply to any product.
