8 Cancellation Policy All cancellations regarding your registration should be submitted writing to SERAFINO Sas Travel Company. For cancellations before April, 1st, 20% of the registration fees is refundable. No refund is due after this date. All refunds will be handled afterthe congress is over. All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors are kindly requested to wear theirbadges throughout the congress in order to be admitted to the scientific sessions and other scheduled activities.
