2 Home Care: What a Trip! The Kansas Home Care Association invites you to participate in our 2008 Annual Meeting at the Wichita Marriott Hotel in Wichita, Kansas a great location for two days of education, networking and fun! Hotel Information: The Wichita Marriott Hotel, 9100 Corporate Hills Drive, Wichita, Kansas, has reserved a block of rooms at the special KHCA rate of $91 per night (single and double, tax not included). The room block will only be held until September 8, 2008, so be sure to make your reservations by that date. For reservations, please call calls made after 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday will be answered by the National Marriott Reservation Center rather than the Wichita Marriott s reservation department. Remember to mention the Kansas Home Care Association Annual Meeting when reserving your room(s). Special Needs/Questions: If you have special needs or questions regarding workshops, scheduling, accommodations, meals, etc., please contact the KHCA office at 785/ or us at khca@kshomecare.org. Registration: One- and two-day registration packets may be split among several employees within your agency; however, we do ask that each attendee complete both the "Participant Registration/Name Tags" and "Workshop Selection" portions of the registration form. Annual Meeting Business Meeting: The KHCA Annual Meeting Business Meeting will be held at the start of Tuesday's luncheon. This brief meeting will allow for necessary association business to be conducted. Tuesday Evening Social: Port of Call Marriott It s time to take a break and enjoy the company of your peers and others involved in home care. From 5:00 to 6:00 on Tuesday evening, join us in Salons E-H of the Wichita Marriott for hors d oeuvres, a cash bar and live music. The rest of your evening will be free for you to relax or explore Wichita. Exhibitor Activities: Exhibitors will be present both days of the Annual Meeting. We encourage you to visit each exhibitor to learn about the various home care products and services they have to offer. We also invite you to meet annual meeting co-sponsors through "Up-Close with a Member Co-Sponsor" mini-workshops, on the exhibitors' choice of topics, to be presented during the networking hours.
