Treatment plans and Mental Health Review Board reports completed as determined by the Act. Comply with program protocols relating to the MHA. Notify delegated/authorised psychiatrist of any breaches relating to the application of the MHA. Present to academic meetings. Active participation in clinical supervision. Attendance at clinical meetings and availability to team members for advice and support. Clinical records and reports completed to a high standard and in within agreed timeframes. On call rosters. All documentation required by the Mental Health Act is completed in a accurately and timely manner. Attendance at clinical supervision. Roster for presentation at academic meetings.
