Notify delegated/authorised psychiatrist of any breaches relating to the application of the MHA. Present to academic meetings. Active participation in clinical supervision. Attendance at clinical meetings and availability to team members for advice and support. Clinical records and reports completed to a high standard and in within agreed timeframes. On call rosters.
