3 The Final Local Transmission System Plan (LTSP)
4 PAGE 4 Quarter 8 Deliverables During the Quarter 8 Planning Meeting, Transmission Provider shall generally address: the status of the LTSP process, summarize the substantive results of the quarter, present documents, and accept comments from stakeholders. Also at the Quarter 8 Planning Meeting, Transmission Provider shall specifically: Discuss the submittal of LTSP to sub-regional and regional entities and any required coordination with other Transmissions Providers.
5 PAGE 5 The Local Transmission System Plan (LTSP) Final Report In Quarter 8, The Transmission System Provider shall: Post the final LTSP report on the PacifiCorp OASIS Discuss major changes applied in Q8 to the draft report reflect; review results from the latest Transmission Planning TPL 2017 Assessment Studies. TPL studies are conducted annually to assure that the interconnected transmission system can be operated reliably over a wide range of system conditions throughout the 10-year transmission planning horizon.
6 PAGE 6 Conclusions The results of the steady-state, stability and short circuit analyses, performed as part of the 2017 system assessment, were evaluated and corrective action plans were developed to meet all applicable performance requirements. Edits were made in the Local Transmission System Plan to reflect study results leading to resolutions necessary to meet the steady-state and stability performance criteria for planning events.
