Forty Six Crore, Thirty One Lakh and ThrrtyThousand-only~s third instalment of grants-in-aid during towards-gol's share on supplementary nutrition under the ICDS Scheme to the State of Andhra Pradesh. 2. The expenditure is debitable to the Major Head '~601'~_in Demand No. 1'03'Of under sub-head,r04-~rants for Centrally Sponsored Plan Schemes, l>4.3,s8-sbcial Welfare-Child Weifare, OS-Integrated Child J2..evelopment Services, '05.03-'Su~plementary Nutriti,on, OS 'Grants-in-aid 2007-Z0"08(Plan). 3. The amount of grant-in-aid is finally adjustable in the books of the Principal Pay and Accounts Office, Ministry of Human Resource Development, D, Wing, Ground Floor, Shastri Bhawan, The payment of the State would be arranged through the Reserve Bank of India, Nagpur. The State Accountant General will send intimation regarding receipt of grant-in-aid to the Principal Pay & Accounts Office, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Shastri Bhawan, D Wing, Ground Floor, 4. The States/UTs shall maintain separate accounts and furnish information on actual expenditure incurred on supplementary nutrition every quarter. The information on expenditure on supplementary nutrition from 1stApril to 30thJt:lne must be furnished by 1SthJuly and for the period from 1stJuly to 30thSeptember by 1SthOctober and from the period from 1st October to 31 st December by 15th January and from 1sl January to 31 st March by 151hApril to enable the Ministry to work out the entitlement of Central assistanceof each State GovernmentlUTAdministration.

The State Government, may furnish, every quarter, progress of expenditure of the Grants released to them, along with the progress report on the implementation of the Centrally sponsored Scheme of Swayamsidha. 5. On receiptof the sanctionletter, the Principal Accounts"'Offic~ may issue an advice to the Reserve Bank of India, (Central Accounts Section), Nagpur for affording credit to the balance of the State Government. The Principal Accounts Office may forward a copy of the advice to Accountant General and Finance Department of the State Government. I...~..
