2 IREM Background IREM is an international force of 20,000 individuals united to advance the profession of real estate management. Through training, professional development, and collaboration, IREM supports our members and others in the industry through every stage of their career An affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, IREM is the home for all industry professionals connected to real estate management and the only organization serving both the multi-family and commercial sectors. IREM offers a variety of membership types for professionals of every experience level, from on-site managers to high-level executives. Our credentials, earned by meeting high standards of education, experience, and ethical business practices, include CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER (CPM ) ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER (ARM ) ACCREDITED COMMERCIAL MANAGER (ACoM) ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (AMO ) We believe in our people, and we provide the tools they need to succeed. Industry Partners may not use the IREM logo in their company collateral, but may use the approved Industry Partners logo below: Annual Participation Fee $2000

4 General Information Industry Partners Program There are no more than 60 Partners and only 4 of a kind in each category. If the category is full, you may apply to be on the wait list for a non refundable fee of $250. IREM Dallas believes, to better support the industry, our organization and our members. It is a requirement that Industry Partners participate in committee activities, attend at least three events and contribute financially through sponsorships and prizes. Our Executive Council believes these opportunities gain the most exposure for your company. Participation is monitored. Termination Clause The Executive Council reserves the right to terminate an Industry Partner at any time. Terminated Industry Partners will be reimbursed for the remaining months from the time they join, on a prorated basis. The company must remove the Industry Partner logo from all of their correspondence and business material immediately. Industry Partners are expected to maintain Ethical Business Practices. A Participating Industry Partner can be terminated from the Program for suspicion of unethical behavior or unethical business practices.

5 IREM Dallas Background There are several key points about IREM Dallas, founded in 1945, that set us apart from other Chapters, for which we are pleased and proud to note: Our number of members consistently ranks us as one of IREM s top five largest chapters Credentials: Among all Chapters, IREM Dallas has the greatest number of CPM Members (Certified Property Managers) Many credentialing classes to obtain designation/accreditations are offered in Dallas, and additional educational offerings are made available to membership throughout the year. Scholarships are available for R.E. professionals and are awarded annually to colleges with real estate programs IREM Dallas has an extensive College outreach dedicated to introduce students to the Property Management Industry paving the way for new members and networking opportunities IREM InSite weekly publication promoting the Chapter and our Industry Partners with ability to purchase advertising in the Newsletter IREM Chapter Website Our Chapter has one of the most successful Golf tournaments offered in the industry Which provides opportunities to sponsor and network with our managers

6 How to Become an Industry Partner There are a total of 60 Industry Partners in the program. This allows the Partners to maximize benefits of networking by maintaining an appropriate ratio of Partners to Members. The Annual Participation fee for the Industry Partner must be paid in full on or before renewal date to ensure that places are not held by those who do not plan to renew There are limits of 4 members per service category The Partners Waiting List program was created for those who would like to join the Program but are unable because either the program is full at the time of application, or the category type is full. This category is migrated to Partners status on a first come, first served basis. There is a one-time fee of $250 for addition to The Partners Waiting List program. 7 Program Benefits Company Posting on Website with active link Link to IREM Dallas Chapter web page in IREM InSite where all logos and contact information are reflected Dedicated article in IREM InSite (once annually) When Partners sponsor events, company logo will be displayed in all Chapter media and at the sponsored event The Chapter maintains a brochure for placement at all IREM events. This brochure is updated as change occurs. Partners may have one person from each company serve on a committee. Partners are not eligible to serve as Vice President, Chair or Co-Chair of any Committee. A list of events will be supplied annually to Partners prior to the start of each year. Because IREM Dallas chooses a higher level venue for special events the location may not be determined until later in the year. InSite Newsletter Once-a-Year Article which may be an advertisement or a company-related article at no charge. Newsletter Advertising available through Multiview at Industry-Related Educational Articles may be submitted throughout the year, but cannot promote specific companies or product.
