Your answers, combined with those of other participants, will be used to develop draft traffic management and communications requirements, which will form part of broader community consultation scheduled to take place in September. Low Level Road Closures and Delays 1-5 minute all-lane traffic stoppages to allow construction vehicles to cross at St. Andrews and St. Patricks Avenues Up to 2 weekend all-lane closures to install overpass beams at the new Neptune/Cargill overpass At the eastern connection to East 3 rd Street up to 5 weekends of singlelane closures for detour installations. Western Section Closures and Delays St. Georges Avenue intersection up to 3 months of single-lane closures (at least one lane in each direction maintained at all times) St. Andrews Avenue intersection up to 2 months of restricted access to/from Esplanade (no southbound to eastbound or westbound to northbound access) Esplanade connection to Low Level Road 2 weekends of lane closures for detour installations 7. Central Section Closures and Delays Lane at back of East 1 st Street fully closed for 2-4 months for road and Spirit Trail construction Existing pathway to Spirit Trail access closed to pedestrians for an additional 5 months for construction of Spirit Trail and bridges over creeks Low Level Road Project Page 3 of 6

4 8. Eastern Section Closures and Delays Heywood and Kennard Avenues access from East 3 rd Street closed for up to 4 months for detour construction. Alternate access via Queensbury and Gladstone. East 3 rd Street (between Queensbury and Heywood) one weekend full closure to install Spirit Trail overpass beams East 3 rd Street 3 weekends of lane closures for detour installations.
