6 FASAMS Technical Overview FASAMS Project implementation is in progress and due to complete by 12/31/2018. Data Submission Testing for Provider, Client and Treatment Episode Data Sets is scheduled to begin June 8, Service Event, Waiting List, and Acute Care Data Sets are under review and will be distributed next. SubContract is currently being developed and will be submitted for DCF review this week We expect all Data Sets to be available during the first week of June 5/22/2018 6

9 Data Set Submission Support Jesse Lindsey, of FEI, will continue to reach out to each Submitting Entity s technical team to touch base, field questions, and provide support as we get closer to the June 8 th data submission window I have spoken to 100% of all MEs and State facilities at this point Most feel confident they will be ready to submit during the first window Remember to have your Primary System Administrator / identified in your next call with Jesse The list will be used to issue credentials in FASAMS We have accelerated the schema releases to accommodate concerns voiced by Submitting Entities An updated Primary Sys Admin list will be on a following slide 5/22/2018 9
