3 Objectives of the Mission The purpose of the mission is to strengthen the links between both countries, promote economic relations between Portugal and the Republic of South Africa, on the basis of mutual interest, and also promote network between business persons. The delegation incorporates companies from different areas. A 16+ years career has led him through different responsibilities: Macro-economic Research to Fixed Income and Derivatives trading, to designing and implementing a Bloomberg based trading system, to leading a consulting team towards reorganizing, restructuring and simplifying the biggest Portuguese private financial group, to rethinking international operations.
