Sports Yard, a global fantasy sports gaming and tech company based in San Diego, is prepared to enter into negotiations with Fox Sports College Properties and the City of San Diego for the assets, term and financial commitment outlined below: Assets: Media, Signage and Hospitality as outlined in the RFP; Stadium name identification on all event tickets and promoter controlled media placement Term: September 16, 2017 (official announcement November 1, 2017) to December 31, 2018 Financial Commitment: $500,000 Sports Yard will officially launch November 1, 2017 and use the naming rights partnership to build brand awareness and its San Diego headquarters through its fantasy games featuring international sports such as soccer, rugby and cricket. The relationship with the Stadium and the events it will host during the term will be mutually beneficial and tie in with other sports-related partnerships Sports Yard is pursuing with international sports teams and properties. 6 Identity Verification for Age Restricted Venues at Stadium & City Events Establish San Diego's Mitek Stadium as a Technology Showcase to enhance the spectator experience. Mitek will provide its identity verification solution to enable mobile devices to be used at stadium and other city events to periorm quick and accurate age verification for alcohol sales and other restricted venues and events. Beyond improving the onsite customer experience, Mobile identity verification is key to helping City of San Diego achieve compliance and lower the cost of insurance related to the safe sale of alcohol at the stadium and other city events. Our mobile solution is flexible, scalable and extremely easy to use. The user simply holds their smartphone camera above the identity document, when all of the conditions are correct, the image of the document is automatically captured. The image is then analyzed using advanced machine learning algorithms to verify the identity document is an authentic government issued document that has not been tampered with and the age on the document is verified. This technology is twice as effective as a human at determining the authenticity of an identity document and age verification. It also keeps lines moving quickly, for a better attendee experience.
