2 Event information In its ninth year, the IOSH Middle East Annual Conference is returning to Abu Dhabi, UAE. Join us at the Yas Viceroy in Abu Dhabi where this year s conference will focus on health and wellbeing in the workplace, with international and regional case studies from high-profile speakers. The conference will also offer essential updates on health and safety developments affecting the region, inform on essential initiatives across the industry, and bring delegates together for quality networking. The conference is aimed at health and safety professionals and those with responsibility for occupational safety and health. It s the perfect opportunity to share ideas, make new contacts, network with colleagues, and learn from others in the industry. We will be holding an exhibition alongside the conference, so if you re interested in promoting your organisation at the event, raising awareness of your brand, or showcasing a new product or service, please contact Nina Hill to discuss sponsorship packages: nina.hill@iosh.com. Following the conference, IOSH members are invited to attend the IOSH UAE Branch Annual General Meeting (AGM) to hear the latest updates from the branch and to elect the new committee. There will also be a networking reception straight after the conference. All conference delegates are invited to attend and this is included in the price of your conference ticket. Venue The conference will be held at the Yas Viceroy hotel in Abu Dhabi, 15 minutes drive from the city centre overlooking the Yas Marina and the Yas Marina Circuit. Please make payments in pounds sterling. Prices are based on the exchange rate at the time of publication. Cancellations are subject to the following terms: - Cancellations received within seven working days of booking (a cooling off period) will receive a full refund - Cancellations received at least eight or more weeks (40 or more working days) from the event will receive a 50% refund - Cancellations between four and eight weeks (20 39 working days) from the event will receive a 25% refund - Cancellations less than four weeks (19 working days) from the event will not receive a refund. If we have to cancel an event, we will always endeavour to give a full refund of your event fee or, if you prefer, transfer your booking to a similar event.
