It is also where CISA holds its annual general meeting to elect its national executives and present awards to celebrate the outstanding achievements made by international students for the past year. Now in its 7th year, the conference will feature a series of new exciting activities. We aim to provide the best opportunity for industry practitioners to reach the right audience at the right place at the right time. It is our greatest pleasure to invite you to support the 7th CISA National Conference in Canberra and take part in our effort to present the best conference to our delegates and develop a vision for the future of international students and Australia s international education National Conference The conference is about empowering international students and celebrating their contribution to the Australian community. The conference program has been planned with a focus to not only provide students with important information but also give them a platform so we can hear what they have to say on a range of different topics. We encourage speakers and conference attendee to discuss their solutions to international student issues and how they have overcome any obstacles that might have occurred. 5 Program Main Venues The program will include plenary sessions, best practice sharing engaging, group presentations, and workshops relevant to all sectors in international education. Featuring key government and industry speakers, the conference will actively encourage interaction between student and industry delegates. CIT REID Campus, Canberra The Canberra Institute of Technology is a vocational education provider in Canberra, the Australian Capital Territory, and is one of a system of TAFEs. 7 Marketing & Communication Strategy Website The annual conference page will be on our CISA website - http// This will be the first stop for the latest conference information along with on-line registration. It will also contain a brief introduction from each sponsor (including their logos). Conference Program (Printed and Virtual Delegate Handbook) Once the conference program has taken its final shape, a delegate handbook will be prepared. This will contain information about each of our sponsors and will give the sponsors an opportunity to add a message for the conference delegates. Pre & Post-Conference Electronic - Monthly Newsletter, Mailing List, s will be sent out to attending delegates, universities and interested parties. Each will have the logo of major sponsors on them. As a major sponsor of the CISA Annual Conference in 2017, your company will be promoted to our members, delegates who come to the conference, and to those who have an interested in international education. 11 Awards & Scholarships Equity Scholarships ($1,500 per Student) As international student association/committee often has a limited budget, sometimes they are unable to cover the necessary travel expenses which will enable their international students to be able to attend the conference. Your organisation can help to alleviate their burden by sponsoring an Equity Scholarship. CISA would like to be able to provide 12 international students with a $1,000 travel scholarship each so they may be able to attend. Package includes: l The scholarship will be named in honour of your organisations l Naming Rights to Scholarships and all other subsequent mentions of this specific scholarship l Sponsor s logo on screen before, during and after session during the presentation l Acknowledgement by Chair of the Award session as sponsor 11

Please feel free to get in touch with us. Payment Terms For all sponsorship and exhibition packages, the following payment terms apply: 100% deposit is required to sercure your booking. Please note: Sponsors and Exhibitors will be invoiced by CISA. Organisations may be omitted from the conference program and other materials without notice if final payment is not recieved by 5 May All quoted figures are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Cancellation Policy A cancellation fee of 50% and cost of production (where applicable) will be applied for any Sponsorship Package or Exhibition books cancelled up to 45 days prior to the conference.
