2 General Event Information: What to Wear Wondering what to wear during the O2 Experience? Here is your style guide. General Sessions and Workshops are business casual. If you have team t-shirts, you are encouraged to show them off on Friday. Keep in mind that you may want to dress in layers, as indoor spaces at the convention center can get chilly. On Saturday night, grab your sparkles or sequins for a Live Sparkly themed party! Registration - For the first time ever, you can register yourself or a guest on-site at the O2 Experience during registration hours. There will be no refunds or transferring of tickets on-site. We are only able to take credit or debit for onsite registration (AMEX is not accepted). Registration Options: Designer/Co-Applicants/Owlettes/Future Owlettes = $275 USD/ $330 CAD Full Access Guest Pass = $150 (18 years + up ONLY - Access to all events excluding invitation only events) Party Access Guest = $100 (All ages - ONLY allowed to attend the opening night and closing night recognition + dance party) ALL DESIGNERS, CO-APPLICANTS, OWLETTES, ETC. ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE GUESTS PASSES. THEY MUST HAVE DESIGNER TICKETS IN ORDER TO ATTEND ANY EVENTS. GUEST TICKETS ARE ONLY FOR NON-O2 MEMBERS. Registration Hours: Wednesday, August 3 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Name Badges Our O2 Experience name badges help us put a name to your face and are the perfect accessory especially with a Lanyard Locket! Please note that attendees are REQUIRED to wear the event badge at all times when at the convention center or O2 sponsored activities. Badges will be checked at entry to all sessions, the O2 Store, the opening night reception and the closing night recognition + dance party. If you lose your badge, please bring a picture ID to the O2 Info Desk. Sky Bridges + Shuttle Buses O2 has partnered with the closest hotels to the Orange County Convention Center. Each of the O2 Host Hotels - Hyatt Regency, Rosen Plaza, Rosen Centre + the Hilton has a sky bridge that connects right to the Convention Center. O2 is aware that the Hilton is just a little further away, so O2 is providing roundtrip shuttle transportation only from the Hilton Hotel to the Convention Center. You must show your Hilton room key for access.

All attendees are REQUIRED to wear their O2 Experience name badge in order to board the shuttle buses as well as gain entrance into the Park. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Epcot will be checking for badges once you arrive at the front gate. Buses will begin departing from the Orange County Convention Center starting at 6:00pm and the last bus will depart at 7:00pm. If you miss the shuttle buses, you are responsible for providing your own transportation to the park. After the park closes at 9:00, Epcot will be open EXCLUSIVELY to O2 Experience attendees. If you do not have your badge, you or any of your guests will be escorted out of the park with the rest of general admission. There will be a Welcome from our Founders on-stage in Future World at approximately 10:00 p.m. along with a dessert reception. Group #1 10:00 PM Group #2 10:30PM Group #3 11:00PM Closing Night Recognition + Dance Party To celebrate the end of an amazing event on Saturday night, we are recognizing Designer's achievements for the last year and throwing an O2 dance party! If you received a special card with your name badge during registration, please review it carefully. The O2 Info Desk can assist with any questions you have about when and where to meet for recognition. Following recognition, join us for a fun, Live Sparkly evening with fabulous music, dancing and desserts.
4 Free Giveaways Three little words Everybody Gets One! are some of the most exciting at the O2 Experience! The event is filled with lots of freebies throughout, but you must be in your seat during General Session when they are handed out to receive them. Limit one per person. Sorry, no exceptions. Pre-Event Action Space This year instead of waiting in the hallway before General Session, there is a Pre-Event space that gets you one step closer to your seats. The Pre-Event Action Space will be open from 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 5 + Saturday, August 6. Inside the space you'll find: A 360 degree Live Sparkly photo booth - perfect for grabbing your team (up to 15 ppl) and getting a fun all-around picture! Jewelry Bar Displays and New Product Information and Photo Backdrops (starting on Friday at 12:30 p.m.) The 2016 Origami Owl Jeep A few seating areas to relax while waiting for doors to open to General Session. O2 Store - The O2 Store is the shopping destination during your O2 Experience! Here you will find all of the latest business materials, hostess gifts, apparel and swag to promote your love of O2! Be patient and plan ahead as the O2 Store is a very popular destination! Depending on crowds, please anticipate standing in line to gain entry into the O2 Store - especially on Thursday. Note: The O2 Store only takes credit, debit or Visa gift cards as payment. No cash or checks are accepted. Please make sure to bring your badge to gain entrance to the O2 Store. Only Designers and registered guests with badges will be admitted. You can also grab a picture with one of their Crystallized instant cameras in front of the step and repeat display.
