9 Necesita Usted ayuda para tener un mejor control de su enfermedad crónica? Si su respuesta es sí entonces el programa Viviendo Saludable con una Enfermedad Crónica es para Usted. El programa Viviendo Saludable con una Enfermedad Crónica consiste en una serie de 6 clases, que se ofrecen una vez por semana y fué creado para personas con cualquier tipo de enfermedad crónica (Alta Presión, Artritis, Asma, Enfisema, otras) para ayudarles a vivir una vida más saludable y exitosa, y tener un mayor control de su salud. Las clases se enfocan en actividades de grupo que le ayudarán aprender cómo controlar mejor síntomas communes tales como la fatiga, el dolor, el insomnio. También practicaremos cómo elejir alimentos más saludables, que hacer para dormir mejor y sentirse con más energía, cómo enfrentarse a las frustraciones y el estrés, cómo resolver problemas de una manera eficáz y positiva, y otros temas de interés. Este programa se ofrece sin costo para Usted gracias a la colaboración del Centro para Adultos Mayores (Senior Center) de Santa Ana, y la Oficina para personas de la Tercera Edad (Office on Aging).
