2 LIBRARY CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION PROGRAM Participants in JPL s Computer and Technology Classes are eligible to earn a Certificate of Completion* in the following tracks: BASIC COMPUTER LITERACY MS OFFICE 2010 BASICS DIGITAL MEDIA AND DESIGN BASICS *The certificate is issued upon successfully attending the required classes and electives of the track within six months after the first class is taken. 24 ABOUT OUR CLASSES Classes are offered in English and Spanish and include training about the library s downloadable media service, computer basics, Microsoft Office, and special topics that cover a variety of technology related needs. All classes are free and are available at various Jacksonville Public locations. No registration necessary. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
