Participants will learn or gain from the session: How to develop relationships with curriculum vendors How to share the benefits of curriculum with clients How to get instructors certified for the training Options on delivering the curriculum to clients Samples of the materials will be available for participants to review. Hand-outs with descriptions of the materials will also be provided to give a better example of what the course objectives are and how they can be used as discussion/sales pieces to share with the clients. Examples of clients who have chosen this curriculum and what some of the successes were will be shared. This session will help participants understand how companies benefit through training that helps employees understand and respect each other s differences and achieve company goals. At the end of this session, participants will be able to: Define cultural diversity Understand different cultural groups in the workplace; communication and language barriers See the impact of providing safety training in students native language Learn different ways to integrate and serve a diverse workforce. Using Safety Training as an example, Jorge will demonstrate how training must speak to everyone.
