We hereby acknowledge that Youth Leadership Cheatham County only allows two (2) absences from tours. If there are more than two (2) absences, we understand that the above named Participant will be dropped from the program. Additionally, we hereby acknowledge that there is a tuition fee of $ to participate in Youth Leadership Cheatham County. This tuition fee will cover the following cost: Nametag, Opening Retreat Costs, (4) Tour Lunches, Transportation Expenses and Program Supplies.
