As a result, I gain the respect of others. 4. I will attend all sessions in official/business dress and participate in all activities. 5. I will turn off any electronic devices, such as cell phones, ipods, tablets, and mp3 players during all sessions and convention events. 6. I will not have and will not use drugs, alcohol, or tobacco at any time during the convention. 7. I will not visit the room of another FFA member regardless of gender. 8. I will arrive at least ten minutes early to all sessions. This demonstrates my respect for other convention participants and allows the session to begin on time. 9. I will report all illnesses, injuries and other problems to my advisor so that appropriate action can be taken. 10. I will not accept food deliveries after lights out. 11. I will respect all advisors, state convention staff, and other convention participants. I commit to doing my very best to follow these rules. Doing so will enable me to maximize the benefits to the New Jersey State FFA Convention. If I violate any of the above rules, I understand it will mean immediate dismissal from the State FFA Convention. 41
